CSVCA Aims and Objectives

The promotion of varmint hunting as a sport.

Conservation of wildlife through the taking of predators by sportsmen.

To decrease the use of poisons in the taking of predators.

To inform and educate the general public against restrictive legislation on the possession ans use of firearms and archery tackle, as well as legislation restricting hunting and hunting areas.

To cooperate with farmers, ranchers and land owners and to encourage and promote a better relationship between landowners and sportsmen.

To assist farmers, ranchers and land owners in the control of predatory animals.

To cooperate with the California Fish and Game and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

To inform and educate the general public on the importance of a natural balance of wildlife.

To promote firearm safety.
